Our Supporters
He Waka Eke Noa - We're All in this Together
We are a community organisation that relies on our wider team of supporters to help those in need. Thank you for your ongoing support.
Individuals, Families, Schools, Workplaces and Faith-Based Groups
We receive donated food and grocery products, homegrown fruit and vegetables, and financial donations from across the Hutt Valley. This support comes from kai collections, gifting, and fundraising events like mufti days, sausage sizzles, exhibitions, quizzes and movie nights that people in our community organise themselves.
Supermarkets
New World Hutt City and the two PAK'nSAVE supermarkets (Petone and Lower Hutt) have donation bins just past their checkouts where you can place food and grocery items you've purchased for the Foodbank. We clear these several times a week.
Twice a year (usually June and November) our local supermarkets allow us to hold our Food Drive at their entrances. Local shoppers fill our trolleys with donated food items to give our shelves a much needed boost.
We also partner with New World Hutt City and PAK'nSAVE Lower Hutt for their Family2Family appeal and PAK'canSAVE initiative.
